Sources informed Burratha News Agency the arrest of a terrorist called Nezar Latif who is a member of the Battalion of the 20th Revolution and lives in al-Sadeeya quarter. He was arrested by Jelola Police Department and admitted of committing many terrorist attacks that targeted Police and Military personnel and the official of the main political parties in the government in addition to innocent shi’a civilians.
He also admitted the support from the al-Sadeeya district leader, Muhammad Uthman who instructed him to assassinate an officer in the security affairs of Khanikeen city. This officer gave information about the connection between the districts manager and the terrorists in Diyala province. He also admitted the connections and the support from Dr Salah al-Mutlek leader of the Iraqi national dialogue front towards the Battalion and even giving orders to assassinate members of the Shi’a and Kurdish parties.
The American troops stationed in Shahraban came and took these terrorists to the American base without allowing the local police to complete their investigation with the civil judge.
