Iraqi prime minister Mr Jawad Almaleki returned to Baghdad , following an official visit to Jordan.,in which talks about the recent developments in the area and the mutual relations had been discussed.
Mr Prime minister had talks with King Abdullah the second in Jordanian Aqaba city and another one with the Jordanian counter part Dr Marouf Alboukheet.
Mr Almaleki indicated in the talks :
“There is a presence of some organizations and persons who move in the Jordanian or Iraqi courts to create and organize a security breaches in the other part.”
He added that we agreed to have meetings between the responsible security officials at different levels to agree on a common approach to fight and overcome those who are trying to affect either parties.
Mr Almaleki added a talks about the Iraqi most wanted 41 list had taken place and Jordanian assurances were received to stop anyone takes Jordan as a base to damage and affect the security in Iraq or involved in a proven terrorist acts against Iraqi people.
Mr Almaelki said” I found a great preparation for full cooperation with Iraq to help us out of our security problems and to face together terrorism”.
This agreement will enhance our efforts to fight the Islamic fundamentalists who are the enemies to both the Iraqi and Jordanian governments. Jordan is ally to United State of America and provided important logistic support for Washington operations in Iraq.
The accompanied officials said the talks about the exiled Iraqis in Jordan who are involved in sending money and provide logistic support to Iraqi gunmen in Iraq, were discussed .
Mr Almaleki said both sides discussed the case of Raghad the eldest daughter of the ex president Saddam Hussein who lives in Jordan and added to the Iraqi most wanted list for involvement in terrorist acts.
