Sources in the town of Al-Muqdadiya said that terrorists kidnapped nine Shia civilians this afternoon by a fake police check point near al-Muqdadiya, in Diyala province.
The sources added “terrorists also seized four cars belong to number of government departments when stopped by the fake check point”
